hello sir,
First, i want to apologize about my behaviour. I was frustrated, and i think you can understand that feeling. My previous mail was a bit rude, i can admit it.
I buy this watch because of its very good reputation (WatchUseek, PMW, Lallement.com) and i was disapointed afterall. I'm human afterall
I cleaned the strap with a bit of alcool , and it seems that it helped. It was dirty on the endlink, even if there is still some scratches but it's not that bad.
For the human air on the dial, i was thinking about something : it will cost me something like 30-40 $ to send back the watch.
I'll prefer to ask my local watch repair shop how much they'll charge me to clean it.
If it's close to 30-40 $, it will be the best solution for both of us, as i don't want a refund : i want this watch. This one or a new one but this particular model, i want it.
But without hair on the dial !
Would you please think about a partial refund to cover the cleaning of the dial (and insure me of the ongoing garanty even if i open it to clean it) ?
thanks a lot for your time,
regards.

Nettement mieux.
