I have a problem on my Javelle Regulator.
I wanted to clean the inside of the glass (there was some sort of haze), so I removed the case, removed the stem (by pressing carefully on the appropriate button ; I've done this several time on different watches), and I took the movement out of the case.
I cleanse the glass, I put the movement back in, and tried to put the stem back too…
And there, impossible to get the stem back properly O_O
It's stuck on the "time setting" position. Impossible to push it back to the "winding" position.
I've tried many, many times, impossible to fit it properly.
Some of my friends told me a small piece (a sliding pinion ?) might have moved.
Another problem : impossible to snap the case back, even with a dedicated press ! o_O
Simply put : my watch is out of order because of my clumsiness.
By any chance, do you provide after-sales service ? How much would it cost ?
I come back to you because there are no "real" watchmakers in my area.
