What do you shoot and how do you process it? (cont.)

Sebastien, I'm posting some more pics here, so the original thread doesn't get too heavy. These are from drum scans. The drum scans, as usual, are much sharper than any other kind (they are breathtaking straight out) and not needing (or tolerating) much sharpening at all.
This first one is from the Tierra del Fuego National Park. I have to compensate for some purple color shift and may be some vignetting, but this is previous to any processing.

Velvia looks like something else, doesn't it? It might not appear very realistic, but the place was very close to that, and i do choose the film for that extra graphic look.
There goes a center crop, something like 50% of the original scan size, no sharpening applied.

In terms of amount of detail and resolution, I think that's as good as it gets.

Great picture, Max. The drum scan does justice to your photograph and to the high quality of the film and lens used.
